Terry Berkowitz es una artista visual, cuyo trabajo está basado fundamentalmente en acontecimientos sociales y políticos. Esta artista Neoyorkina produce videos e instalaciones multimedia que incluyen video, sonido y objetos. Ha realizado exposiciones individuales, entre otros, en el Whitney  Museum of American Art de Nueva York, The Contemporary Arts Museum de Houston y el Metronom de Barcelona.
